DMRA has a unique, customized Microsoft NT based computer network system exclusively designed for our marketing database needs. Each programmer has 4 to 6 personal workstations on a hybrid pier to pier network (each acting as both client and server). This allows for the most efficient usage of data storage and processing over the network.

Our Customer Connect© System links programmers, account service managers, and the client through highly effective marketing databases. This system is available for analysis, research survey sampling, simulator analysis, response and profitability modeling, and spreadsheet profitability analysis. Clients can forecast market potential, sales and most effective communications to reach new projects and retain existing customers.

DMRA uses the latest client server architecture and relational database software to develop and maintain prospect warehouses. DMRA selects marketing leads and maintains complex marketing databases for clients. All marketing activities are, therefore, captured from names outputted from the prospect warehouse through sales, cross-selling, upgrading, activating, to actual product usage including those who are non-repeat purchasers or those who cancel.
