A visitor to DMRA's website is not asked to reveal any personal information. We normally use this information to improve and administer our site. If we believe that our web site is being used improperly, we will attempt to identify the source.
DMRA makes a reasonable attempt to not require cookies on our site. The visitor-accessible areas do not require cookies to access. However, some services requiring a login to access may not work as well if cookies are disabled by the user.
At this time, DMRA does not have a newsletter. The "Contact Us" page lists emails and addresses so that you can contact us for information or notices, with questions or feedback. DMRA will correspond with you on these issues, but we will not add you unrequested to any mailing lists. For future reference, we may retain any email sent to us indefinitely.
Credit Card Data
DMRA does not collect credit card numbers on its web site or web services. For online payments, DMRA uses Paypal, which does not disclose bank account or credit card numbers to DMRA.
DMRA provides some web services which may require personal information of the user. These services will be clearly marked by requiring users to sign in to continue. These services are generally provided to businesses (clients) as contracted services, and people (users) designated by those businesses to use those services.
The information may include name, email, address and phone number, which may be provided by the user or their company or both. This information will be provided to authorized third parties only on request (as specified by contract) of the user or their company for the service.
DMRA does not sell user information to third parties or provide user or client confidential information to third parties except as authorized by the user or client.
Security and Confidentiality Safeguards
DMRA takes technical, administrative and physical steps to protect confidential information against anticipated hazards and unauthorized access. DMRA employees who handle confidential or proprietary information may not disclose it to unauthorized third parties. Employees who violate DMRA privacy policies are subject to a range of disciplinary actions.
This policy will be reviewed from time to time and updated to reflect changing policies. This policy can be changed without prior notice. For any major changes to this policy, we will attempt to provide 30 days advanced notice on our main website, and highlight changes made in this policy.
