FoxPro Data Processing and Production Programmer
DMRA, a 25-year-old marketing database and consulting company with nationwide clients, is looking for a Data Processing and Production Programmer with FoxPro experience. You'll handle database programming, data processing, and production of marketing output data and analytical reports.

Details of the Job
Using FoxPro and other software utilities, perform daily projects for clients to accomplish the following:
- performing data editing, problem solving and data cleaning
- matching and file merging to build/update databases
- creating data extract queries
- preparing sales and marketing tracking reports
Experience required:
- 2+ years of hands-on FoxPro programming (this is not an application programmer position)
- familiar with Windows and MS Office
Skills needed:
- Excellent Visual FoxPro (VFP) skills
- working independently after trained
- writing programs that are optimized for efficient data processing
- multi-tasking projects daily
- fast learner of new processes
- well organized
- achieving deadlines
- fluently and professional communication
Bonus skills:
- experience working with 1 million+ record-sized customer, transactional and/or analytical databases
- MSSQL experience
- experience in the marketing industry, in a marketing service bureau environment and/or in direct marketing for an agency or client company
- can work independently on clients' programming projects
Education:
- college degree in math or science
